What a wonderful day with many highlights!
The camp in the Khwai area was really glamping - wonderful catering and tents. We were kept an eye on by a grey-skinned, four-legged gentleman with a long nose. Thank goodness he was beyond the trucks, and not worried by us.

What a wonderful day with many highlights!
The driver did a detour - this is a 500+ year old baobab tree. The seed from this tree is used to make creame of tartar.
I had my own personal pilot for the trip over the Okavango with Mac Airlines. I was the only passenger in the 6-seater plane. The delta looks like a huge well-kept golf course, with water features and many many animals such as elephants and impalas. The pilot was female and young. Was given a detailed map of the area.
Leaving Maun we travelled north seeing animals behind bushes, all over.
The guides in the area must know the area really well and must communicate with each other as, in the middle of nowhere we turned off a road, and there, were a pack of wild dog, lying on the road. No problem! Did not move! Cool!
